Withdrawal requests are processed to payment methods registered in your name and verified through the KYC process. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within the same business day during standard Philippine banking hours.
Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. xxx77 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are otherwise flagged for review under our risk management protocols.

All games on xxx77 operate under the rules specified in the individual game documentation accessible within each game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between the game display and the server-side game state, the server-side result shall be authoritative.

Upon termination for cause, xxx77 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real Funds balances will be returned to the verified payment method on file after deduction of any amounts owed to xxx77 arising from the breach.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting xxx77 support. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Funds balance will be disbursed to your verified withdrawal method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completion of any pending transactions.
